Challenge
We made the technical user manual, presentations for modules and process flow for the HOM application. The major challenge was to integrate the features and comprehend in a manner that it is easily understood by anyone who uses the manual or uses the process flow. The challenge was to maintain the technical detail and put a non technical output across. User manual is generally used by anyone who is using the app so it should be easily understandable. Process flows are for the administrators and management to use the app and know what the process is. Presentations were also made for different modules of the application listing the features and benefits of the HOM application mainly to be presented to prospective clients.
Solution
For technical user manual, we had taken each feature and screen of the app and explained in detail about every navigation, process and the expected outcome. Which makes it easier for the user to navigate through the app without any problem. The process flow also explains in detail every step of each module and the next step for the user/ administrator to understand what the particular module will require as an input and what will be the process outcome. The presentations also explained in detail about the HOM application, the need and purpose behind HOM application, its various features and various uses for the management and different sectors.

Challenge
When a customer needs to do a transaction at a merchant location, he/she is required to carry a credit card along. This is posing multiple challenges like below.
1. Need to carry credit card, posing a threat of theft, lost or forgetting at merchant location
2. Threat of credit card getting cloned and same being misused
3. Need to remember credit card PIN every time(if mandatory)
There was a need for a simplified and easy way of making payments to merchants without a need to carry credit cards.
Solution
Bridge Pay app provides following facility
1. Add your credit card details one time in the app
2. Bridge Pay wallet to maintain balance
3. Top up the wallet using the credit card details loaded already. Wallet top up can be done any time.
4. Using the BridgePay wallet, users can generate QR code for the given amount.
5. QR code is scanned at the partner merchant location who is also subscribed to Bridge Pay
6. Customers can either place the order online or can buy products within the store and can make payment by scanning QR code in his app.
7. After the QR code is scanned, money gets deducted from the customer wallet and gets transferred to the merchant wallet.
8. Merchant can withdraw the required amount anytime from his account and can transfer to his personal bank account.
9. Maintaining the wallet for customers as well as merchants is the safe and simplified way for making transactions.
10. Behind the wallet, Bridge Pay uses Stripe Payment Gateway to add money to wallet or transfer money to merchant bank account.
