Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented IT Lead Generator and Business Development Executive with 2-4 years experience to expand our client base and drive business growth. This individual will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and ensuring consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation:
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target markets.

  • Use tools like LinkedIn, CRM platforms, and lead generation software to gather and organize lead data.

  • Develop and execute email campaigns, cold calling, and social selling strategies.

Business Development:
  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs and pitch the company’s IT solutions.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements.

  • Develop strategic partnerships to expand the company’s reach and influence.

Sales Strategy and Execution:
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-ups.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation and branding efforts.

  • Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Client Relationship Management:
  • Maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

  • Act as a liaison between the client and technical teams to ensure project alignment and customer satisfaction.

Reporting and Analysis:
  • Track and report performance metrics, including lead conversion rates and revenue growth.

  • Provide insights and recommendations for improving sales processes and strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in lead generation, business development, or IT sales (minimum 2-4 years).

  • Familiarity with IT consulting, software development, and technology trends.

  • Strong knowledge of CRM tools and lead generation platforms.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive approach.

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet deadlines.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.

  • Self-motivated and proactive, with strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with B2B sales in the IT industry.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools.

  • Existing network or contacts in the IT/software industry.

  • Knowledge of technologies such as cloud computing, DevOps, AI/ML, and software development life cycles (SDLC).
