Job Description

We are hiring Build Development Engineers with 3–5 years of experience in developing and maintaining enterprise build and deployment systems. The role requires strong hands-on expertise with build tools like Gradle, Ant, Maven, scripting, source control, and CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate should also be familiar with system administration, cloud environments, and modern AI-enhanced developer tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain build systems using Gradle, Ant, Maven, and Groovy.

• Manage version control using Git, Gerrit, and CVS.

• Configure and maintain Jenkins-based CI/CD pipelines.

• Perform system administration on both Linux and Windows servers.

• Write and manage Shell Scripts for automation.

• Collaborate with development teams using Java or Python.

• Apply secure development practices and security concepts.

• Work with tools like Ansible for configuration management.

• Use modern AI dev tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Claude Code.

• Understand and apply networking, virtualization, and Docker.

• Maintain database knowledge and apply Core Java where necessary

Preferred Skills:

• Understanding of DevOps methodologies.

• Familiarity with cloud environments and virtualization.

• Strong problem-solving and automation mindset.

• Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and tools.
