We are looking for a Product Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in redesigning the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) of our existing payment processing products. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and work alongside our development team to deliver modern, user-friendly, and effective design solutions.
Collaborate with clients, project managers, and developers to understand the current payment processing product and identify areas for UI/UX improvements.
Lead UI/UX redesign discussions, create wireframes, prototypes, and present design concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.
Analyze user feedback and activity to iterate on design, focusing on enhancing product usability and customer experience.
Ensure the design aligns with EverExpanse’s brand and client requirements, delivering a seamless and intuitive experience.
Conduct user research, usability tests, and gather requirements to understand client pain points and needs.
Work with developers to implement the design and ensure high-quality delivery, with attention to responsive design across platforms.
Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX design trends, best practices, and industry standards to propose innovative solutions.
Proven experience in UI/UX design with a focus on product design, ideally within the payment or financial services industry.
Strong understanding of payment processing systems, gateways, and aggregation platforms is highly desirable.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, InVision, or similar.
Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups.
Ability to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a passion for user-centered design.
Experience working with development teams to translate designs into working products.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in payment gateway and transaction interface design.
Knowledge of front-end development technologies such as HTML/CSS and JavaScript is a plus.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is an advantage.
