Job Description

  • 2–5 years of experience in US outbound calling / lead generation.

  • Excellent spoken and written English communication.

  • Confidence in cold calling and handling objections .

  • Familiarity with US business etiquette and time zones.

  • Basic experience with CRM tools or Google Sheets.

  • Strong research and follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and build prospect lists of US local businesses.

  • Research and validate contact details using online platforms and directories.

  • Conduct outbound cold calls using a US virtual number.

  • Send follow-up emails and maintain consistent outreach.

  • Clearly present the product value proposition.

  • Qualify leads and schedule demos / discovery calls.

  • Maintain accurate lead data in Zoho CRM or any tracking tools.

  • Share daily and weekly activity reports.
